Celebrating 9 Years of Excellence: RGO Mindanao’s Journey and the Road Ahead

This year, 2025, marks an incredible milestone for RGO Mindanao—our 9th year of empowering future Psychometricians and Psychologists in Mindanao. What began as a single branch has grown into a network of five key locations: Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Koronadal, Butuan, and General Santos City. Along the way, we’ve transformed countless dreams into reality, and this journey of excellence and innovation shows no signs of slowing down.

Reflecting on a Year of Success

RGO Mindanao has always been synonymous with success, and 2024 was no exception. In the August 2024 RPm Exam, we proudly produced six top-notchers, with:

• 2 from Davao City,

• 2 from our newly opened General Santos City branch, and

• 2 from Koronadal City.

This achievement reflects the strength of our programs and the dedication of our students and mentors. It also surpasses our 2023 record of five top-notchers and recognition of three top-performing schools in Mindanao.

Another unforgettable highlight of 2024 was the Grand Coaching Event on August 9, 2024, which brought together hundreds of aspiring Psychometricians. The energy, enthusiasm, and commitment displayed during this event showcased the strong sense of community that RGO Mindanao has built over the years.

2025 and Beyond: A Vision for Growth

As we step into our 9th year, we are preparing for major changes to further elevate our services and make an even bigger impact on the lives of our students. Some of the exciting developments ahead include:

• Enhanced Learning Platforms: We are rolling out updated teaching strategies, digital resources, and interactive tools to ensure students receive the best possible preparation.

• Expanded Support Services: Beyond licensure exam preparation, we aim to offer career counseling, mental health support, and workshops to equip students with skills for success beyond the board exams.

• Strengthened Regional Presence: We are committed to enhancing the operations and facilities across all five branches to provide students in every location with the same exceptional experience.

• 10-Year Legacy Plan: With our 10th anniversary just around the corner, we are laying the foundation for initiatives that celebrate our achievements while setting the stage for the future.
